Hi! I paddle in S.W. Louisiana and E. Texas. I've been paddling about 6 months now. My wife and daughters have started paddling with me too and we joined the club in Lake Charles - Pelican Paddlers.
We do mostly rivers and bayous and our longest trip so far is about 15 miles. We will probably start some overniters this Spring or Fall. I don't like the hot weather in Summer so it'll most likely be during the "cooler" seasons...lol.
